First prenatal appointment. What happens?

So I’ll be seeing my doctor when I’m 10-12 weeks pregnant 
What will my first visit be like? I totally forgot how it was with my first kid

Answer

Weight, blood pressure, urine sample, pap smear if you’re due, and possibly trying to find the heartbeat with a doppler
