Late period

I’m 4 days late and no AF. That said, also a BFN. I want it to come so I can move on to trying or a BFP. How late were some of you ? Did your period come? Can you miss a period and still be able to keep trying ? Did some people have very late periods and BFN and eventually get their BFP?
