No, you shouldn’t do this. It increases your risk for a UTI and since the sperm gets where it needs to go within seconds, it doesn’t help anything

I always get up immediately and go pee. We were having a hard time getting pregnant and then I heard that and thought maybe that’s why I was having a hard time.
