23 Weeks today and feeling sick

I woke up this morning with watery eyes, a dry throat, and a stuffy nose. I got the flu shot about two months ago so, I remain sure it isn’t the flu. Does anyone know what this could be? I’m hoping it is not a sinus infection. I do not have a fever, FYI.

My SO and I are going to get chicken broth, soup and such for me. Is there anything I can take aside for Tylenol? I’m going to call the OB tomorrow if it is about the same just to ask and let me know what’s going on.
