Spots in eyes, headache

I have my doctor appointment in just under 12 hrs so I am trying to wait it out till then but my head hurts really bad. I've had spots in my eyes all day. I'm about to be 25 weeks and just not sure at this point if I should go in to a ER or not. Especially, since a lot of them here apparently are not good...a lot has been going on and it has not been a easy pregnancy but I've only seen my OBGYN in my first trimester (due to moving and not having a primary) she had me on a couple things including vitamin c, iron, synthroid, and the prenatal. So, not sure if they have been off a few months and it's pushing all this or if something's wrong..I'm thinking about just sleeping till the morning. Any advice helps or if you have been though something like this. Please.
