Going crazy

I missed my first dose of pills last month and doubled up the next day. During my placebo week I had I’d say about two days of light brown spotting which is unusual for me. I went to my obgyn on Monday and she said I should be fine, but for some reason I can’t shake the fear of being pregnant.
