Unless your doctor says you can't/shouldn't, yes you're fine. Once youre past I think 6 months airlines wont even let you on. (In the u.s. that is)

Yepp, most airlines will let you fly without a doctors note until 28 weeks. It’s 26 if you’re considered “high risk”. After that you need a note saying you’re fit to fly and not having a high risk pregnancy (multiple babies/older women etc).
