What do you guys think see a new obgyn or go to a fertility clinic

My obgyn told me I’m resistant to ovulation. Last cycle we started clomid with him he prescribed 50mg and we did an unmonitored cycle which failed and my 21 progesterone test showed that I did not ovulate because my levels were 0.41 then for the second cycle he prescribed be 100mg and my 21day test showed my progesterone at 0.39. My husband took a sperm analysis which showed good numbers 144.9mil and 50%normal motility but only 1% good morphology which 90% the poor morphology was due to the head of the sperm. My obgyn sent us to a fertility specialist and said there was no more he could help with and that he didn’t want us to waste our time. I’m pretty bummed out because I’ve heard fertility clinics are expensive because insurance doesn’t cover infertility. I’m not sure if I should attempt a “second opinion” with another obgyn before i move on to a fertility clinic. I just don’t think I’m ready to see a fertility clinic and I feel like I’ve been given up on so quickly. 😞
