Am I really pregnant??? its my second positive test, and It hasn’t sunk in at all, I feel like I’m playing tricks on myself!

I honestly thought I couldn’t get pregnant, or would at least need help getting pregnant...

I don’t have a sonogram and want to tell him sooner than I would get my first sonogram, so I’m just going to write in “September 2019” where the picture goes.

I want to get more things to put into like a “you’re going to be a daddy!” Box, but I want it all to be gender neutral. Any ideas on what kinds of items other than what I have in that picture and a mug and onesie?
