Background info had a baby 9 months ago after amisscarriage then this October had another misscarriage at 3months had to have surgery to remove the remains my husband and I were so devastated. Roll onto thursday before Christmas I woke up in pain and bleeding turns out 6weeks pregnant shocked as i recently had a period was keeping it quiet till I knew for sure everything was ok also from my husband. Saturday I had to get my bloods rechecked they dropped but very little so i was told I was miscarrying I was so heartbroken my husband knew something was wrong so I told him . Move onto the following friday I'm in agony with pain get brought to the emergency room. They say my levels have gone up and done an ultrasound which showed the pregnancy in my right tube. They give me methotrexate shot that night the following day I'm in such a bad state vomiting everything I eat and drink and when I'm not vomiting I'm nauseous extreme pain weakness and dizzyand exhausted I go back to hospital levels have doubled and I got admitted spent a few days there they done another ultrasound pregnancy is still in the tube and theres a heartbeat which is more devastating.

Today iam still the same way I was when I was admitted into hospital and my blood count was low leaving hospital. What more can i expect from this situation and where should I go from here
