Has anyone got pregnant soon after a MC?

Okay so I had a miscarriage the 13th of December. I'm in the middle of moving so I don't have a primary care doctor so the information has gotten so confusing. I need your help! So after my miscarriage ( I was four weeks if that) I got bloodwork done I only glanced at the paperwork but I swear my hcg level was 43 or keep in mind if I mistaken it 143 but I don't believe so. So I haven't stop bleeding since I had my misscarriage. I had some days I wasn't really bleeding but on the 24th of December I got a pelvic exam and the doctors told me my uterus was clear. But at that time they failed to give me a blood shot I needed because I have a negative blood type. I haven't stoppe bleeding and now I have spotting of newer blood I wansnt sure what was going on so I went to the ER, they told me after lots of tests that my hcg level was 143. So my question is since I had sex quite a few times after my MC could I be pregnant again. Even if my hcg level was 143 the last time they tested me the 17th it wouldn't stay that level until today the second? I had a positive pregnancy test obviously but I'm wondering if anyone else has been through this and had their baby?
