Nipple blister
I’ve been breastfeeding for 7.5 months so I feel silly posting this but....
I used nipple shields until thanksgiving. When I stopped using them I had some pain but it went away after about a week and a half. Now a few weeks later my right nipple has a painful blister.
I know the usual nipple creams but is there anything else that will help this? Does it just go away on its own? OUCH!
