So I can’t find a group re toddlers behaviors And I’m hoping some of you mums who have toddlers can help! I hv a 2 year old boy who was 2 in October for the past while we have gone through stages of him hitting younger kids/babies. This had subsided greatly with correction and supervised timeout for 30 second intervals if he hit me or his dad etc.. When I witness this it seems to never be in an aggressive way... he seems to hit push or throw things at another baby or toddler in a playful way but he hurts the other party ... I’m really struggling today to figure this out as the behavior had subsided so much but today he hit my friends baby 3 times!!!! This baby is new to my son as it’s a new friend. My son was fed changed and content so isn’t sore or anything ... any advice guidance appreciated. He doesn’t seem to be doing this in an aggressive way ....
