What size clots are normal for PP bleeding?

At what size should I call the hospital?

I gave birth on Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> and today I’ve been having a lot of clots when going to the bathroom - I was not a few days ago.

I am aware that bleeding can vary by heaviness for 6 weeks - just wondering about the clots that are passing.
