Ovulation cramps?
This may sound a bit weird or personal( I apologize in advance). I believe I’m ovulating because I have a sharp vaginal cramp , it does not feel like menstrual cramps. It’s more like sharp and stabbing! Is that normal, I never know when I’m ovulating, any Information would help
