Quitting Smoking
So I’ve FINALLY bitten the bullet, bought myself an e-cig and packed in smoking.
Wasn’t so much a new year’s resolution but 🤷♀️
Can anyone help me with the whole not shoving all the food I can possibly find into my mouth? I feel like I need it stitching up and I’m eating all the junk food in sight 😭
