Okay so my husband worked for a small owned restaurant and he worked there for 3 ish months as a dishwasher. He QUIT on them and they weren’t very happy with it. This was around april of last year (2018). My question is, does the actual boss send the w-2? or does the state? We’re scared they’re not going to send it out so he can do his taxes, that being because he quit.. Any advice is appreciated
