i need help with any at home ideas of inducing labor.. please ladies, gimme ideas.😩

walk, sex, squats, bouncing on an exercise ball, stairs, warm baths, eating spicy food, eating pineapple, etc

With anything you do try to not offer do it.  Nothing like going into labor after walking 5 miles.  (As a midwife I've seen it happen and it totally sucks.) I'd try eating dates everyday (4/day), drink some raspberry tea,  place some evening primrose oil near your cervix, sex (sperm on the cervix), squats/lunges.
