Sexual interests

Ok so I have a boyfriend and we have been going out for about 4 months now and we both agreed to both have sex when we reach the age of 16 (I’m 15) but we were talking about it earlier and we both are wanting to do it but I don’t really know how, he comes over to my house but I can’t have the door closed to there will be no way that I could get away with having sex with him. So do you think it is best to wait until I am 16 or do it now and if I were to do it now where could I do it, thanks :)
