My symptoms have disappeared! 😫
I’m 4 weeks and 5 days, I was having nausea, breast tenderness, headaches and needing to wee all the time, and now nothing! I don’t even feel the slightest bit pregnant any more 😭😭 I’ve done another test this morning and still positive but I’m so worried 😔😔
