Modern Fertility Test?

Has anyone ordered and done the at home Modern Fertility test?

I haven’t done it yet but I’m planning on it. I’m trying to chart more with the FAM, and I think the addition of this test will help to not only save money on testing but rule out many things so that if and when I do need additional tests, its not thousands of dollars. 
Im currently reading Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler and she goes into detail about how many of the expensive tests specialists do aren’t always timed right, or may not be necessary. I switched OBGYNs this year after I felt I wasnt being helped by my old one, and she told me to get a semen analysis done for my husband before we consulted a Fertility doc bc that is an easy and affordable way to rule out problems. 
As for the Fertility Awareness Method, the problem I have there is charting my BBT since I don’t sleep well and never get up at the same time, so im planning on getting the Ava bracelet to help with that. Nice thing is that both the Modern Fertility test and Ava bracelets are HSA/FSA eligible.
