Ladies , can we eat ham,cream cheese, and pickle roll ups? I'm 5wks 4days

You dont need to heat up the ham because 1. Thats disgusting 🤮 and 2. Handling practices have changed years ago w coldcuts. They now are sprayed w a food additive that prevents it. Not to mention, listeria is sooooo rare.
