Orange Discharge ?

It had no smell nor does my vagina smell at all??? I’m so confused. I’m 3 months and it really worries me if I’m quite honest 😥🤰🏻 does any one else have any idea ?

I thought maybe my BV that always comes back. But I’m scared I don’t wanna have a M/C

Haven’t had the discharge since and it was very dried up from over night.

Maybe dehydration?

I have an appointment Monday but I want opinions please!!!!!

Not taking any meds that could cause it either.
