Ate alfalfa sprouts 8 weeks+6

Apparently, all sprouts should be avoided 115% during pregnancy unless cooked. Well I had a veggie wrap that had raw sprouts in it and I realized they were raw and took them out of my wrap. However I ate atleast 3-4 mouthfuls and even ONE sprout can contain enough salmonella or e.coli for infection. They also carry listeria and now guess whose freaking out??? Me.

Edit: To those who think it matters on where they’re packaged or grown; it doesn’t. All sprouts are grown in a perfect bacteria breeding environment which is warm, moist, and open to air. Sprouts have caused the 2 worst E.Coli outbreaks in history and sprouts can easily easily be infected. This is why I am so worried because I cant even find one re-assuring thing out there about them. One of their biggest titles is “why sprouts are the most dangerous food item”.

EDIT 2: I have salmonella from eating a few bites of alfalfa sprouts 🤢. Hope it doesn’t hurt baby..
