Anyone not having many pregnancy symptoms?

I barely have any symptoms and some of the symptoms I had disappeared. I'm about 9 weeks and haven't had any scan yet. My first scan is in 2 weeks. I can't wait to see my baby! Please tell me everything will be fine. I am so paranoid. Last night, I even had a nightmare that I miscarried 😩

🙋🏿‍♀️ 14 weeks with twins as of today. My only symptoms so far have been fatigue (which just started getting better), lack of appetite, gagging when brushing my teeth (recent and weird), headaches (fairly recent), and spotting within the past week but only because baby A's placenta is chillin on my cervix. 
Thankfully that's it and crossing my fingers I don't suddenly develop morning sickness. Easier said than done but try not to freak out too much at the lack of symptoms.

I had zero with my first pregnancy. I didn't even realize she was there until 8-10 weeks (I had some spotting I mistook as a light period) she was so good, very easy. Everything was also perfectly fine. Hope it's a fast two weeks for you so you can get some peace of mind!

Everything will be fine. 😊 just breathe and relax. But honestly I haven’t felt pregnant either and I’m 24 1/2 weeks. All I’ve been having is feeling her. And cravings. I’ve never had anything else with this pregnancy.

I'm 10 weeks today and not a single symptom from the start. Not even one thing. I'm only now starting to notice that there my stomach is showing(people point it out to me a lot cause I always had a very slim stomach that I hated cause you could see my ribs etc) and now I can't button my high waisted jeans at all.
I was paranoid too as it worried me but some people in my family didn't know about pregnancy until a few months in (my auntie went to a hospital with a weird feeling in her stomach) and was told she is 6 months pregnant. It's crazy. Happy and healthy 9 months hun
