Infertility

Hey everyone, I have pcos and hypothyroidism. My SO and I have been trying since February of 2018 and haven’t had any success. I have an appointment with my gyn on January 24th about this and to hopefully get some help. What could I expect from this appointment?

Could it be straight meds for ovulation?

(I’m on progesterone 2 pills a day for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, so my periods are exactly 28 days now)

What are all of the options ?? Thanks in advance!! :)
