I started working for a prison facility that has California inmates and detainees. Is been hard for me the money is good $19 an hr. My husband been looking for a job , but no luck . I’m so stressed in that job the inmates don’t listen I’m a supervisor in the kitchen . This assholes can’t just do their simple job. The correctional officers are scared of them my boss . The general manager and the actual warden so , they expect me to make them do things that they can’t make them do . Idk what else to do . I don’t want to quit , but I’m so close to it . Is my 3rd week on the floor . Is been a nightmare today finally a captain approve for me to have a radio . Any ladies here worked in a prison facility that can give me some advice ??
