Constant lower back pain. Is this labor?

My back has had a constant, achy, stabbing pain in it for the past two hours after walking around target. I’ve had back pain.. but not like this. Is this back labor? I can’t time the pain. It’s constant 😧

I had this at 34 weeks and was actually admitted and monitored because they were contractions i had no idea because i have chronic back pain

Honestly I’ve been having it for a few days now. The NST monitor picked it up as contractions. So probably could be. Try a warm bath or bouncing on a yoga ball to help relieve it if it won’t go away. And if it doesn’t subside, if you’re worried, you can call L&D and see what they want to do

I experienced this in early labor and it got to the point where it literally felt like my pelvis was literally splitting, like my hips were breaking. Then once I got to active labor, the hip pain wasn't that big of a deal anymore.
