My daughter is 6 weeks old and I will be going back to work in a little over a month. Right now we don’t really have a set routine for her but will obviously need to when I go back to work. How did you guys get a routine started? I’ve tried with getting a bedtime routine started however she has her days and nights somewhat mixed up. She can go to sleep when I want her to but then wakes up later for a feeding and will stay up the rest of the night. Any suggestions are welcome!
