WHY DOES MY STOMACH HURT

I ate a perfect amazing breakfast I drank oj and coffee about 2hrs later I'm in Soo much pain and almost got sick..but I refused to let my son make me throw up my breakfast heck no.. but yes now I'm in pain and don't know what's wrong it's where my son is it hurts like a contraction..it's not going away no matter what I do lay down .. walk water nothing is helping 😣 IM ONLY 14W is he lacking oxygen or something

It’s probably because you mixed coffee and oh. 2 acidic drinks in your stomach plus if you put cream sounds like a bad time.
