So much pain 😭

I’m 33+5 and the last couple of days I’ve been in agony with my stomach and the middle of my spine I can’t even walk the pains that bad and it’s just not shifting my left leg literally feels like it will fall off it’s that heavy! Today I can’t even touch the bottom of my stomach it hurts that much, any advice on how I can get some kind of relief from this?
