If you count every 4 weeks as a “month”, you would get to “12 months” November 9th (which obviously isn’t a full year)

Well, months all have differing days. So you would usually say 8 Dec - 8 Jan = one month; 8 Jan - 8 Feb = one month and so on but if you're counting by 4 weeks she's 28 days exactly.
