I need advice.
I am currently 20+1, I just had my anatomy scan and my doctor is seeing me again in two weeks. She told me my BMI is too high and that she wants to see some weight loss by my next appointment until I’m at a healthier BMI. I really don’t think I’m hugely overweight, I’ve always been a chubbier girl but I never thought it was that bad. I don’t eat extremely unhealthy although I have a sweet here and there and maybe a cup of coco or tea with sugar in the evening. Two weeks in not a lot of time to lose weight. Has anyone been through this before and maybe have tips for me? I’m not exactly sure what a safe way to lose weight during pregnancy and I really don’t want to give up everything at one time and could really use anyone tips, advice or input. Thank you.
