How often are you ladies eating?

I’m starving an hour to an hour and a half after eating. 😩😩😩 I’m over being this hungry lol

Have you tried eating small meals throughout the day? I eat 100-200 cal meals every 2 hours so in 10/12 hours I get what I need but my stomach is never empty.

I eat every half hour, snacking on stuff here and there. My work bag is mostly of fruits and apple chips lol

Literally all the time. I’m hungry constantly. Trying to not overdo it but I feel like I’m being starved if I haven’t eaten in over an hour 🤰🏻

I'm starving all day but when I eat I get Nauseous and if I don't eat it gets worse. I'm so over this first trimester and i'm barley turning 7 weeks on monday 😭

I'm lucky if I eat once a day ☹️ I'm too sick to keep anything down.

no nausea but i can only get down about 1 or 2 meals a day. i instantly feel bloated even after just a couple bites and it gets to be too much! i stay full almost all day tho off the meal

I have to eat as soon as I get up in the morning, and then I will have a snack between both lunch and supper usually. If I don’t eat right away when I feel hungry I feel nauseous.

All the time!  I’m shifting to snacks every 60-120 minutes. Fruit, yogurt, nuts, crackers, protein shakes...

Once a day... if that. Yesterday I “ate” chicken broth for supper. I did actually ate twice today though! And so far I’ve held it all down lol
