Help reassure me please!

7 weeks today and woke up and my boobs completely stopped hurting. It was my biggest symptom other then exhaustion. My doc basically said “if something happens you can’t do anything anyway” no cramping or bleeding. Just paranoid from my anxiety and being a FTM. Saw the heartbeat last Monday and I know risk drops to 5% once you see it. Just want to know if everyone else had them come and go!
