Breakthrough bleeding?

I got a positive pregnancy test earlier today and then I started bleeding how do I tell if it’s a chemical pregnancy or if it’s breakthrough bleeding?

I just had this last week. I had a positive test and some light pink bleeding that was on off for maybe 2 hours the next day. I have a history of an ectopic pregnancy, so I went in for bloodwork three times over the next week to ensure that my hcg levels are rising; they are, and the dr said that early spotting (light, not prolonged, no pain) is totally normal. Exercise, sex, and some other factors can contribute. 
My sister had a chemical pregnancy, and hers started light, but she said it got heavy and she got really crampy quickly afterwards. 
Regardless, I’d call your dr on Monday and ask if you should have bloodwork done.
