26 weeks pregnant...trying to eat well but always hungry...help meeeeeee!!
Ugh. Guys. I'm in the UK and it's 11:22pm and i was in bed sleeping but my stomach woke me up because I'm hungry! I've drank lots of water to see if that's why but i think I'll have to eat soon!
I'm watching what i eat, and making sure i stick to my calories needed, in a healthy way, but i really don't want to gain too much weight! I gained 26lbs with my son, but i was in a job and on my feet all day and very active.
My son is 8 months old now and i am not as active as before so i am concerned. We do go for walks etc but after about 40mins my inner thighs/groin area really hurt so i have to stop :(
Anyway, has anyone got any suggestions on how to control weight gain to keep to a healthy gain?
I'm not stick thin! Don't worry! Just don't want to be eating every 2 hours!
