Started my period on the 30th - 3rd. First day LF, 2nd day heavy, med and the rest light to nothing. And no obvious signs of being in period like (being an endless pit, back cramping, acne, headache) Now I started spotting on the 4th and the 5th. With the back cramps, acne, slight headaches and just feeling not like myself. Has this happened to anybody else bc I’m just not sure what’s going on
