Period gone crazy???

Ive tracked my periods since April. Last month mine only lasted three days this month I am spotting light red 10 days before mt period. Im cramping really bad. I have a headache I cant eat im nausous. I'm HOT af. And my back is killing me (suffer from sciatica as well so that coukd have nothing to di with it) but i want to kbow what is wrong with my body lately.
