So I have to go see a high risk dr in February for the first time,(a parentologist clinic referred by my diabetic nurse because she doesn't handle diabetes when babies are involved) due to the fact that i have type 2 diabetes before I can even start trying to get pregnant. I'm also 5'5 and 220lbs or a little less. My diabetes numbers are good WHEN I eat right. But I make bad choices more often then I care to admit. Should I just expect a no dont even bother trying or will they work with me and allow me to at least start trying? Any advice?
