No I don’t use any of that honestly I no that AF was 5 days early the last one but I’m pretty normal never late never early always on time n the last on that was early was only 3/4 days one day of heavy blood other days was like pink

Are you using OPKs or BBT to track your ovulation? It looks like you have a normal cycle, it AF arrived a little early this time around.
