I NEED HELP.

I am 7 weeks pregnant. I went to the doctor and I have a UTI and I have a raw/inflamed cervix and the bleeding is coming from my cervix. But they checked my HCG levels and they're normal. They said it's not a miscarriage and baby is fine. They said to stay on bed/pelvic rest so it don't get worse and I do miscarry. So, I'm scared. I'm constantly bleeding. Heavily like a period. How am I supposed to know baby is okay? :( has anyone ever had this??
