Help!!! PLZ LADIES

Vanessa • I am 37 years of age, married with 2 big girls. My oldest is 15 and my youngest is 13 and my baby boy is 5 months old.

So I haven't had a period since October. My breast have been beyond sore since October as well. So I been spotting VERY SOFT PINK today n have mild cramps in lower abdomen. None on my panty liner just only when I wipe. What could this be?
