Do you let people kiss your baby/babies?

My husband and I and the only ones who kiss our daughter. We don’t trust anyone else to.

I’ll let people 🤷🏻‍♀️ but the type of people I know especially my family would never do it sick. So I have no worries at all

Im very close to all my friends outside my family so after a certain time I don’t mind people kissing my kids. Of course they have the common sense not to kiss my kids on the mouth. But at birth, not even I kiss my kids for the first 10 days to 2 weeks because they don’t have immune systems & cant fight off anything they can possibly catch. And I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have the common sense to not get close to any kid or anyone for that matter if they’re sick.

My MIL kisses my newborn son and it drives me nuts because she comes in contact with a ton of people every day and often gets sick in the winter months. I don’t feel right telling her not to kiss her grandson though so I bite my tongue about it.
