My first birth the father was not present, so my grandmother and my mother were in the room.

This time around, the father of this child is around and we are happy. I was thinking I just want him in the room while I give birth. But not sure when to call other people to come? I have a feeling my mom will try to come before I give her the okay.

I also will be giving birth in Oregon and I have a feeling the hospitals are better here than they were in Alaska.
