Can you have bright red bleeding and still have a healthy pregnancy?

I’m only 4weeks6days pregnant (confirmed with a blood test) and I just started bleeding bright red period looking blood. I’m pretty sure I’m having a miscarriage but I’ll have to wait till I go see my doctor to find out. I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this but ended up having a healthy pregnancy.

So I can give you a little hope a little fear. I conceived August 2017, bled 3 days after bfp. Only bled once at first, but then again a week later. I miscarried october 12, 2017. I them conceived november 26th, though I didnt know it
 I took a test December something, and bfp! Then 3 hours later i  bled. I went in and they said plan to lose it. But as you can see above 9 months layer a kylie was born. So pray keep hope, but also know it will all be ok even if it ends up being the worst day ever.

Can you not go the ER? I’m not trying to scare you but it could be etopic always be checked ASAP with blood!!

If you have cramping along with the bleeding and it’s constant- go have it checked out for peace of mind. Hope everything is okay x

Thanks for your comments! I’m not in any pain just bleeding. It’s really weird. I did have some sharp pains a few days ago but none since then and none since the bleeding started
