Nausea and diarrhea before labor?

Has anyone experienced nausea and diarrhea before going into labor? If so, how long after feeling this way did your labor start? I’ve been waking up in middle of night very nauseous past few days but now I’m waking up sick and having to run to bathroom! I know when I went to the dr 2 days ago I was 2cm dilated and the dr could feel baby’s head. I’m 37 weeks + 4 days.
