I have a yeast infection (its been about two days now). I wasnt able to get ahold of my doctor over the weekend so I am waiting to hear back from her tomorrow to see if she will put me on any medicine. I was wondering what are some things I can do at home to help relieve some of the irritation/itchiness? I know Monistat helps so im going to go get some today. Just extremely irritated down there and want it to go away ASAP.

(Not painful to pee or anything like that, it’s just sore and itchy). I have been showering a lot so I think I got them from overwashing down there or from the soap I recently changed to. so i have been using just water to clean down there (until it’s healed) and also i slept with no pants or underwear last night to “air it out”.
