Is keto diet good for TTC?

I see so much conflicting information about this when I search it. Just trying to see what the majority of people say about it. Is it good or not?

Well it wasn’t designed to be good for TTC. It’s just a way of eating that works well for some people who’ve created lots of inflammation in their body from consuming sugar and garbage for so long. Reducing said inflammation and balancing hormones is what is good for TTC. Consult with a professional before starting because depending on your individual body and conditions, the high amounts of fat consumed following a keto diet are not always ideal. One size does not fit all.

Keto itself is probably not too bad BUT fast weight loss messes with your hormones immensely, especially estrogen. You might bleed in between periods and ovulation can be all over the place.

Keto isnt healthy for anyone. The majority gain it all back and it can cause diabetes and kidney failure. Just another fad diet.

Its not good or bad but if you get pregnant youll probably have to stop or at least have SOME carbs
