Severe adult acne??

I never really had acne my whole life. I just turned 21 and now this.

I wash my face with all natural soap, I don’t know what else to do it seems products only make it worse but nothing is helping. It’s all over my chest and back too.

That’s not considered severe acne. It’s mild. Try a salicylic acid face wash and a cereve moisturizer after.

Looks like a mild peanut allergy. I got what exactly U have from eating loads just keep an eye on diet or see a dermatologist
